Transoil Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. It was established in July 20, 1994 by the Leonio family. Transoil owns two tanker-barges, both ABS-classed petroleum barges and one double-hull NKK-classed ocean-going tanker, the first domestically-owned brand-new double hull petroleum tanker in the Philippines acquired in December 2006.

Seatrans Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. It was established in November 23, 1994 by the Leonio family. Seatrans owns three of the Group’s vessels, one double-hull and two tanker-barges. The newly built ABS-classed vessel is the second double-hull tanker of the Group which was acquired in May 2007. It is currently the largest domestic petroleum tanker in the country.
